Download and install Nureva Console client
Download Nureva® Console client.
Launch the Nureva Console client installer.

CV30 camera
Nureva Console client auto-detects Nureva conferencing devices including the CV30 camera.
Ensure that the CV30 camera is connected to the computer.
Open Nureva Console client.
The CV30 camera will be detected and listed as a device.
Troubleshoot connection
Restart the computer
Restart the computer.
Check for Nureva Console updates.
If restarting the computer did not help
Uninstall Nureva Console client.
Download the latest version of Nureva Console client.
Install the latest version.
Launch the application.
