HDL310 and HDL410 systems

The message Cannot reach a Nureva audio device may appear when attempting to connect the Nureva App on a Windows computer to an HDL310 or HDL410 connect module with a USB cable.

HDL310 and HDL410 access the Nureva App through the mobile app or by connecting through a web browser.

Look for the mobile version of the app in the App Store® (iOS, iPadOS®) or from Google Play™ (Android™).
