Reset HDL310 and HDL410 passwords with the Nureva App

The Nureva® App helps you set up and configure HDL310 and HDL410 systems, as well as manage a comprehensive range of audio device settings. To use the app, the device enrollment code (default) or a password (optional) is needed. A password can be used to replace the enrollment code.

The Nureva App is available from the App Store® (iOS, iPadOS®), Google Play™ (Android™) and through a web browser by using the IP address for a Nureva HDL310 or HDL410 device.

Get started with the Nureva App

Steps to reset the password

  1. Launch the Nureva App and connect to the HDL310 or HDL410 device using the desktop connection, mobile app, web browser or direct Ethernet connection.

  2. In the app enter the HDL310 or HDL410’s IP address and enrollment code, then select Continue.

    • If the enrollment code has been replaced with a password, enter the password.

  3. The app will advance to the Nureva App home page.

  4. Open the Settings menu.

  5. Select Device password.

  6. Enter the new password in the New password field.

  7. Reenter the new password in the Confirm new password field.

  8. Complete the password change by pressing Apply.

Back to Settings returns the app to the Settings menu.

Password requirements

The Nureva App and the device do not have password requirements. Setting a strong password with the following guidelines is suggested:

  • Comprise at least 10 characters.

  • Include at least one lowercase and one uppercase letter.

  • Include numbers and symbols.

Forgotten passwords

If the password is forgotten after it has been changed, it can only be updated locally through the Nureva App running on a computer directly connected to the Nureva audio system.

Contact Nureva support for assistance in returning the password to the default password.
