The Nureva® HDX series is coming soon.
Technical support articles are being prepared ahead of HDX availability and may be updated as features, functionality and guidance evolve.
This article outlines the steps for to set static and dynamic IP addresses for HDX systems using the Nureva App and Nureva Console.
An Nureva HDX system has two network ports: Port A and Port B. The IP address can be set for both ports and an HDX system can be connected using either port. Port A only allows for a direct Ethernet connection between a computer and an HDX system.
Note: After you reset your IP address you may lose access to existing logs. If you would like to view your current device logs, ensure you download them before resetting your IP address. You can download your logs on the Troubleshooting page in the Nureva app.

Multiple DNS entries can be used provided that commas separate them.
