If Nureva® Console client is unable to check for updates, try the steps below.
Check for server maintenance
On occasions, the server supplying the updates will undergo scheduled maintenance. A quick way to see if the server is down is to check the login page for the Nureva Console cloud application. If the server is down for maintenance, a message will be posted on the login page. If the server isn’t down, take the following steps.
Restart the computer
Restart the computer.
Attempt to check for updates again.
If restarting the computer did not help
Uninstall Nureva Console client.
Download and install the latest version of Nureva Console client.
Launch the application.
Nureva Console requires a steady connection to the internet. In some cases, specific URLs and program folders will need to be approved by an IT administrator.
