Adjusting speaker settings with Nureva Console

Nureva® Console offers options for setting the treble and bass outputs for HDL310 and HDL410 speakers. The available settings are determined by the firmware version installed on the device.

Keeping Nureva audio systems up to date with the latest firmware helps ensure access to new features, optimum performance and improvements to the overall functionality of the system.
Console client
Open Nureva Console client.
Under Devices, select the audio conferencing system.
Scroll down to Speakers and open the settings menu.
Select the preset required or set custom treble and bass outputs.
Test the adjusted speaker levels.
Make additional adjustments as needed.
Console cloud
Log in to Nureva Console.
Select the room with the Nureva system to be adjusted.
Select the audio conferencing system from the list of devices.
Scroll down to Speakers and open the settings menu.
Select the option for Custom settings.
Select the preset required or set custom treble and bass outputs.
Click Apply.
Test the adjusted speaker levels.
Make additional adjustments as needed.
Adjusting speaker settings — firmware version 1.8 and earlier
Nureva Console offers two presets for treble and bass output for systems with firmware version 1.8 (or earlier) installed. If additional fine-tuning is required, select Custom to adjust the treble and the bass individually.
Meeting room (default)
Treble at 90
Bass at 16
Classroom
Treble at 90
Bass at 80
Custom (treble and bass sliders are available)
Adjusting the treble and bass can affect echo-cancellation performance. It’s recommended these settings are adjusted during a test call.
Adjusting speaker settings — firmware version 1.9 and later
Nureva Console offers two updated presets for treble and bass settings for systems with firmware version 1.9 (or later) installed. The custom option is still available to adjust the treble and the bass individually. The classroom preset has been removed.

A new advanced audio processing feature that enhances speaker output and improves speech intelligibility, ensuring clear audio even in large or challenging rooms.

After updating to firmware 1.9
Classroom preset setting
After updating to firmware 1.9, devices that were using the classroom preset will automatically have the treble and bass settings carried over as custom settings. The classroom preset will no longer be available.
Meeting room (default) preset setting
With the firmware 1.9 update, the meeting room preset has been renamed Default. The treble and bass settings are unchanged and devices that were using the meeting room preset will have Default selected.
Custom settings
Devices using custom settings before the firmware 1.9 update will retain these custom settings.
