    How to add or remove a camera - Nureva App

    Video conferencing cameras can be added to the Nureva® App for remote monitoring. The CV30 camera has other management features available as well.

    Add a Nureva CV30 camera

    The Nureva App auto-detects Nureva conferencing devices including the CV30 camera.

    1. Ensure the CV30 camera is connected to the computer.

    2. Open the Nureva App. The CV30 camera will be detected and listed on the devices page.

    Add a third-party camera

    The monitoring of many USB cameras is supported by the Nureva App. These third-party cameras are monitored alongside Nureva conferencing systems.

    Note: A Nureva conferencing device must be connected to the computer and detected by the Nureva App before a third-party camera is added.

    1. Open the Nureva App.

    2. Confirm that a Nureva audio system is shown in the Nureva App.

    3. Open the Devices page.

    4. If a Nureva audio device is connected to the Nureva App, all connected USB cameras will appear in the Devices page.

    Some basic camera information will also appear under the camera preview to help identify the camera hardware.

    If the Nureva conferencing device in the room is enrolled in Nureva Console cloud, the third-party camera will automatically enroll after it has been added.

    Note: Some third-party cameras may not be supported. An error notification will appear if a third-party camera cannot be added.

    Remove a CV30 camera

    When a CV30 camera is disconnected from the computer, it will automatically be removed from the Nureva App. If the CV30 camera was enrolled in Nureva Console cloud, it will remain enrolled even after being disconnected. The CV30 will need to be removed from Nureva Console cloud separately.

    Remove a third-party camera

    Remove a third-party camera from the computer and it will also be removed from the Nureva App. If the camera was enrolled in Nureva Console cloud, it will remain enrolled even after being disconnected. The camera will need to be removed from Nureva Console cloud separately.
