Nureva® Console cloud allows for remote management and monitoring of Nureva conferencing systems. Removing a device from Nureva Console cloud can be completed in a few easy steps. In some cases, the device may need to be connected to the in-room computer and shown as online when logged into Nureva Console cloud before it can be removed.
Note: Cameras need to be removed from both the desktop client and the cloud application. If the camera is not removed from the desktop client it may re-enroll in the cloud when a Nureva audio device is enrolled in the future.
See How to add or remove a camera for further details.
Removing the device
Go to Nureva Console cloud and sign in.
Locate the room with the device to be removed.
Click the three-dot menu for the device.
Select Remove in the menu.
Click Remove in the pop-up notification.
Wait for the message indicating that the device has been removed before unplugging the device from the computer or closing Nureva Console. The device will need to be enrolled into Nureva Console cloud to be remotely managed again.
Important: If you remove the only Nureva audio device from the room, the room will be removed along with any cameras that were enrolled as well.
If the above steps are not successful for removing the device from Nureva Console cloud, contact Nureva Support for assistance.
