The Nureva® App is a companion app designed to enhance the setup, configuration and management of Nureva systems.
HDL series devices
HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems access the Nureva App using a web browser on a Windows® computer.
Pro series devices
HDL310 and HDL410 access the Nureva App through the mobile app or by connect through a web browser.
Important
The first time using a browser to access the Nureva App, a warning may state: “Your connection to this site is not secure.” This warning appears because the Nureva audio device is protected by a self-signed certificate that is unique to Nureva devices and unknown to the browser. To continue, verify that the IP address is correct and select the browser option to proceed to the Nureva App.

Local area network (LAN) permission
When you first go to the Connect to device page in the iOS and iPadOS versions of the Nureva App, a permission pop-up window will request access to the local network.
If permission is granted: Proceed to enter the IP address and connect to the Nureva audio device.
If permission is not granted: After entering the IP address and trying to connect, an error message will appear. This message includes a link that directs you to the iOS settings where you can enable local network access.
Open the Nureva App using an iPhone or iPad.
Click Allow when prompted to allow the Nureva App to find devices on the LAN.
Enter the IP address for the HDL310 or HDL410 and click Continue.

Direct connection
By connecting an Ethernet cable from a system’s connect module to a tablet, mobile phone or computer, a direct connection to the app is available as an alternative to accessing it over a local area network.
Connect the Ethernet cable to the network port on the connect module.
Plug the Ethernet cable into the tablet, mobile phone or computer.
If an Ethernet port is not included with the device, a USB to Ethernet adapter is needed.
Open a supported browser and enter the IP address.
Chrome and Safari browsers are supported.
Use 169.254.254.254 if a static IP address has not been set.
Enter the enrollment code if prompted.
If a password has been set, use this instead of the enrollment code.

HDL series systems
To use the Nureva App with HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems a Windows computer that has the Nureva App and a web browser installed is needed.
Before starting
Set up the HDL series system by following the steps in the get started guide:
Get started with the HDL200 system
Download and install the Nureva App
Download the Nureva App.
Launch the Nureva App installer.
Follow the steps to complete the installation.
Once the installation is complete a shortcut to the Nureva App and the connected system is available on the computer’s desktop.
Connection types
HDL series devices are connected to the Nureva App through a web browser and two types of connections.
A localhost connection by entering https://LocalHost:8223 in to the address bar.
Connecting by entering the meeting room computer’s IP address and port number 8223 into the address bar.
The IP address and port are entered using https://<IP address>:8223 as the format.
Use the default password admin for the first login. The password should be changed after the first login.
Computers connected to the same network as the in-room computer can access the HDL series device using this method.
For some networks port 8223 may need to be configured to allow inbound connections as well as port forwarding.
Accessing the Nureva App
Launch the Nureva App using the desktop shortcut.
An alternative is to open a browser and use a localhost connection or the device’s IP address.
The Nureva App home page will open.
The HDL series system will be automatically detected.
