If the Nureva® App for Windows® is unable to check for updates, try the steps below.

Check for server maintenance

On occasions, the server supplying the updates will undergo scheduled maintenance. If the server is down for maintenance, a message will be posted on the login page. If the server isn’t down, take the following steps.

Restart the computer

  1. Restart the computer.

  2. Attempt to check for updates again.

If restarting the computer did not help

  1. Uninstall the Nureva App for Windows.

  2. Download and install the latest version of Nureva App for Windows.

  3. Launch the application.
