To make requesting technical support easier, a button and form are available on Nureva® Console cloud to initiate a support request. When requesting support in this way, Nureva Console captures important information to speed up the time it takes to resolve the case.

Go to the Rooms dashboard and follow these steps:
Select the room with the system issue.
Click Request support in the lower-left corner of the room’s dashboard.
Select the device with the issue from the drop-down menu.
Select the issue type from the drop-down menu and enter a detailed description.
Click Submit to request technical support.
Nureva Console will create a case and send the request to the Nureva technical support team.
