To make requesting technical support easier, a button and form are available on Nureva® Console to initiate a support request. When requesting support in this way, Nureva Console captures important information to speed up the time it takes to resolve the case.
Follow these steps from the Rooms dashboard:
Select the room with the system issue.
Open the Tools menu.
Click Request support in the lower-right corner of the page.
Select the issue type from the drop-down menu and enter a detailed description.
Click Submit to request technical support.
Nureva Console will create a case and send the request to the Nureva technical support team.
