Connect module status indicator lights - HDL310 and HDL410

The Nureva® HDL310 and HDL410 systems feature status indicator lights on the front and back of the connect module. The status indicator lights can be used to help troubleshoot issues with the system and confirm the device is ready to be used.
Front view
Indicator | Description |
---|---|
Solid white: The system is switched on. Off: The system does not have power. | |
Solid yellow: The system requires a firmware update and is not available. | |
Solid green: Successful USB connection and recognized as a USB device. Off: No USB connection or is not recognized by the operating system. | |
Solid green: A microphone and speaker bar is connected to Port 1. Note: The light will pulse while a connection is being established. | |
Solid green: A microphone and speaker bar is connected to Port 2. Note: The light will pulse while a connection is being established. | |
Solid red: Connected to the network but failed to obtain an IP address. Flashing red: Connected to the network but cannot access the internet. Blinking red: Unknown system error and device should be power cycled. | |
Solid green: The device is connected to a network, has an IP address and can access the internet. | |
Solid yellow: The device is communicating with Nureva Console cloud and is ready to be enrolled. | |
Solid red: No communication with Nureva Console cloud.

Solid green: The device is enrolled and communicating with the Nureva Console cloud server. |
Overheating warning

Flashing and blinking

On for 1 second and then off for 0.5 seconds. | On for 1 second and then off for 4 seconds. |
Rear view
Yellow | Green | Description |
---|---|---|
Off | Off | The system is not switched on. |
Flashing | Off | This port has been connected to a network. Connect to a microphone and speaker bar instead. |
Flashing | Flashing | Incorrect setup. Confirm the Ethernet cables are working and connected to a microphone and speaker bar. |
Off | Flashing | The port has been shut down due to a PoE error. The port may be drawing too much power and has shut down for safety. Please contact Nureva support. |
Flashing | On | No issue. This port is connected to a microphone and speaker bar and is functioning correctly. |
Rear view
Yellow | Green | Description |
---|---|---|
Off | Off | The system is not switched on or the network cable is not connected. |
Off | On | This network cable is connected but there is no data being communicated. |
Blinking | On | No issue. This port is connected to a network and is functioning correctly. |
