    Connect module status indicator lights - Dual HDL300

    Check the power light

    To determine whether there is power, check the power light.

    • Green on — connect module is powered

    • Green off — connect module is not powered

    RJ45 ports — Power over Ethernet

    To determine the status of the connection between the connect module and the microphone and speaker bars, check the lights for the RJ45 connection.

    Green

    Connection is configured correctly.

    Yellow

    Cable is working correctly.

    Green — off

    Yellow — flashing

    The port is connected to a network instead of the microphone and speaker bars.

    Green — on

    Yellow — flashing

    The connect module is connected to the microphone and speaker bars and functioning properly.

    Green — flashing

    Yellow — flashing

    The port is working but has been configured incorrectly. This could be caused if connected through an Ethernet switch or to a network.

    Green — flashing

    Yellow — off

    The port has been shut down due to a Power over Ethernet (PoE) error. This might be caused by the port drawing too much power and then being shut down for safety reasons.

    Check the system status indicator light

    The system status indicator light provides information on the overall status of the connect module. Check this light to determine some basic information.

    Bright green

    The system is on and operating.

    Light green

    The system is on and in standby mode.

    Red — on

    The system is in a failure state.

    Yellow — flashing

    The firmware is being updated.

    Light off

    The system is not powered.

    Red — flashing

    Green — flashing

    The firmware is incorrect and technical support should be contacted.

    Yellow — flashing

    Green — flashing

    The system is in continuous reset mode. Unplug the Ethernet cable. If the light turns green, try changing the speaker bars. If changing the speaker bars does not solve the problem, then change the connect module.
