Which types of Ethernet cables can be used with the Dual HDL300 system?

The Nureva® Dual HDL300 system includes two Ethernet cables that are used for Power over Ethernet (PoE).

Cable specifications:

  • CAT6

  • SSTP (screened-shielded twisted pair)

  • 26 AWG cable

  • 50' (15 m)

If longer or replacement cables are needed, Ethernet cables with the following specifications can be used:

  • CAT5e minimum

  • SSTP (screened-shielded twisted pair)

  • Minimum 26 AWG cable for cable runs up to 164' (50 m)

  • Minimum 24 AWG cable for cable runs up to 246' (75 m)

  • Minimum 23 AWG cable for cable runs up to 328' (100 m)
