Utelogy Corporation enables seamless integration of their software-based remote management platform with Nureva^® HDL310 and HDL410 conferencing systems. This integration provides real-time device monitoring and remote control for HDL pro series devices.

System adjustments

The integration with the Utelogy software solution uses Nureva’s device REST APIs to enable control of the following commands:

• Speaker volume up and down

• Microphone mute and unmute

• Bass adjustment

• Treble adjustment

• Volume level adjustment

Data retrieval

The integration also facilitates retrieval of the following data:

• Firmware version

• Serial number

• MAC address

• Model number

• Mute state

• Current volume level
