    Using Barco ClickShare CX series with HDL200 systems

    Before starting

    Set up the HDL200 system by following the steps in the getting started guide:

    Get started with HDL200 systems

    Barco ClickShare CX-20

    On the CX-20 unit

    1. Connect the USB cable from the HDL200 system to the front USB-C port of the CX-20 unit. You will need a USB-A to USB-C adapter.

    2. Connect an HDMI cable to the in-room display.

    To use the system

    1. Insert the ClickShare Button into a USB port on the laptop as part of the BYOM.

    2. Start the wireless audio/video session by clicking the ClickShare Button.

    3. Use the UC&C client of choice to start a meeting and share some content.

    Note: When in a call, you can control the audio volume or mute from the laptop there’s no need to use the remote control.

    Barco ClickShare CX-30 Gen1

    On the CX-30 Gen1 unit

    1. Connect the USB cable from the HDL200 system to the front USB-C port of the CX-30 unit. You will need a USB-A to USB-C adapter.

    2. Connect an HDMI cable to the in-room display.

    To use the system

    1. Insert the ClickShare Button into a USB port on the laptop as part of the BYOM.

    2. Start the wireless audio/video session by clicking the ClickShare Button.

    3. Use the UC&C client of choice to start a meeting and share some content.

    Note: When in a call, you can control the audio volume or mute from the laptop there’s no need to use the remote control.

    Barco ClickShare CX-30 Gen2

    On the CX-30 Gen2 unit

    1. Connect the USB cable from the HDL200 connect module to the front USB-A port of the CX-30 Gen2 unit.

    2. Connect an HDMI cable to the in-room display.

    Tip: The front USB-C port can also be used, but a USB-A to USB-C adapter will be needed.

    To use the system

    1. Insert the ClickShare Button into a USB port on the laptop as part of the BYOM.

    2. Start the wireless audio/video session by clicking the ClickShare Button.

    3. Use the UC&C client of choice to start a meeting and share some content.

    Note: When in a call, you can control the audio volume or mute from your laptop there’s no need to use the remote control.

    Barco ClickShare CX-50 Gen1

    On the CX-50 Gen1 unit

    1. Connect the USB cable from the HDL200 to the rear USB-C port on the CX-50 Gen1 unit. You will need a USB-A to USB-C adapter.

    2. Connect a USB-A cable to the in-room camera.

    3. Connect an HDMI cable to the in-room display.

    To use the system

    1. Insert the ClickShare Button into a USB port on the laptop as part of the BYOM.

    2. Start the wireless audio/video session by clicking the ClickShare Button.

    3. Use the UC&C client of choice to start a meeting and share some content.

    Barco ClickShare CX-50 Gen2

    On the CX-50 Gen2 unit

    1. Connect the USB cable from the HDL200 to the rear USB-C port on the CX-50 Gen 2 unit. You will need a USB-A to USB-C adapter.

    2. Connect a USB cable to the in-room camera.

    3. Connect an HDMI cable to the in-room display.

    To use the system

    1. Insert the ClickShare Button into a USB port on the laptop as part of the BYOM.
