Connect module status indicator lights - HDL310 and HDL410

The Nureva® HDL310 and HDL410 systems feature status indicator lights on the front and back of the connect module. The status indicator lights can be used to help troubleshoot issues with the system and confirm the device is ready to be used.

Note: Use our network connectivity tool to diagnose configuration issues. If the network passes the connectivity test and power cycling the device does not help, please contact Nureva support.

Overheating warning
Indicator | Description |
|---|---|
| Solid red: The connect module has overheated and needs to be shut down.
|
Blinking and pulsing
Blinking
The status light is on for 1 second and then off for 4 seconds. |
|
Pulsing
The status light is on for 0.25 seconds then off for 0.1 seconds. |

Understanding the rear status lights
Rear view
Yellow | Green | Description |
|---|---|---|
Off | Off | The system is not switched on. |
Flashing | Off | This port has been connected to a network. Connect to a microphone and speaker bar instead. |
Flashing | Flashing | Incorrect setup. Confirm the Ethernet cables are working and connected to a microphone and speaker bar. |
Off | Flashing | The port has been shut down due to a PoE error. The port may be drawing too much power and has shut down for safety. Please contact Nureva support. |
Flashing | On | No issue. This port is connected to a microphone and speaker bar and is functioning correctly. |
Rear view
Yellow | Green | Description |
|---|---|---|
Off | Off | The system is not switched on or the network cable is not connected. |
Off | On | This network cable is connected but there is no data being communicated. |
Blinking | On | No issue. This port is connected to a network and is functioning correctly. |
