    What’s new with this release?

The Nureva App supports HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 devices through a USB connection to the meeting room computer.

Support for HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 devices

What’s new? Our latest update to the Nureva App adds full support for HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 devices. This means you can now manage these devices in the Nureva App, similar to how you would with the HDL310 and HDL410.

    Why it matters:

    • Enhanced user experience: With a consistent experience across all Nureva devices, the app provides easier access to key features and functionality such as updates, calibration and acoustic data like background noise.

    • Improved support: The app enables more efficient troubleshooting and support, helping users resolve issues more quickly.

    • Nureva Console support: With a USB connection to the app, users can access Nureva Console for remote monitoring, remote management and analytics access.

How it works: When using the Nureva App with your HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems, you’ll notice familiar features and functionality with some key changes:

    • User interface (UI): The same features and functionality are available under a new UI optimized for setting up, configuring and troubleshooting devices.

    • Browser-based app: The Nureva App runs in your browser and delivers a more consistent experience across your products.

    • Active Zone Control: This feature is now integrated into the coverage map for a consistent zone creation and editing experience.

    • CV30 support: CV30 support is now limited to enrolling the camera into Nureva Console, with device updates managed through Nureva Console.

    Fixes and improvements

    • Resolved an issue where Nureva Console failed to save HDL200 display settings.

    • Improvement made to how blank settings are shown on the settings page in the Nureva App.

    • Network check now runs in a dialog window within the Nureva App.

    • Improvement made to the devices page UI when displayed in large-screen format in the Nureva App.

    • Improvement made to the scrolling function in the Nureva App.

    • Minor improvements made to UX when removing a device in the Nureva App.

    • Fixed an issue where refreshing a browser while on the tools page caused navigation to be disabled in the Nureva App.

    • Fixed an issue related to downloading logs when using an iPad Air®.

    • Fixed an issue where long-term viewing of the Nureva App home page may increase HDL310 and HDL410 resource usage.

    Known issues

    • The update modal for the HDL200 and HDL300 does not dismiss in the Nureva App after a device update until the page is refreshed.

    • The Dual HDL300 coverage map will not show the sound location bubbles if the room is sized too large.
