    Adding support

    We’re adding support in the Nureva App for the HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems with Nureva App running on a computer. These devices will connect to the app through a USB cable.

    The Nureva App connection to HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems provides several benefits:

    • Enhanced user experience: A consistent experience is delivered across all Nureva conferencing systems, with easier access to management features and functions like updates, calibration and acoustic data.

    • Improved technical support: Additional troubleshooting tools are provided to help users resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

    • Nureva Console support: Through the Nureva App, users can connect their devices to Nureva Console for remote monitoring, remote management and access to analytics.

    What to know

    • User interface: The same features and functionality will be available through a new user interface optimized for setting up, configuring and troubleshooting Nureva devices.

    • Browser based: The Nureva App will be accessed through a web browser on a connected computer for a consistent experience across all Nureva audio devices.

    • Active Zone Control: This feature will be integrated into the coverage map for a consistent experience when creating and editing active zones.

    • CV30 camera support: CV30 camera support will be limited to enrollment into Nureva Console.

    The Nureva App for HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 will be available in mid-2025.
