Updating HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems

Nureva® Console and the Nureva App will indicate if a device update is available. If a message about an update is shown the HDL300 or Dual HDL300 audio system is currently not up to date and should be updated.

Important: The Nureva audio system will not be available for calls during the device update. Do not turn off the computer or unplug or disconnect the device.

Nureva App

  1. Connect to your HDL300 or Dual HDL300 using the Nureva App.

  2. If an update is available, the update button on the home page will be enabled.

  3. Click the update button to start a device update.

The device update is now complete. To check the audio quality, it is recommended a test call is performed within the room.

Nureva Console cloud

Launch Nureva Console in a browser and sign in to check for and complete a device update. If an update is available, complete the steps below to update the device.

  1. Click the 3-dot actions menu and select Update device.

  2. A confirmation dialog will advise that the device will not be available for calls during the update process.

    • Click Update to continue.

  3. The download and update process will commence. When completed, the new device version will be visible.

The update is now complete. To check the audio quality, it is recommended a test call is performed within the room.
