Nureva Console release notes - December 9, 2024

This update introduces changes to email alerts, improvements to analytics data and room insights as well as changes to some Nureva Pro services.

Email alerts

Email alerts are now available to all Nureva^® Console users. This feature, formerly exclusive to Nureva Pro subscribers, helps you quickly resolve problems before they impact your spaces. An email will be sent if a cable is unplugged, a firmware update is needed, or any of Nureva devices require attention.

Improvements

Performance improvements to Analytics data and Room insights to improve loading and time to load.

Nureva Pro features

All Nureva audio devices with a valid warranty now receive access to Nureva Pro services including:

• Extended warranty

• Expanded support

• Advanced hardware replacement

• Enhanced Nureva Console features

Analytics data

With Nureva Pro Service, all user can now access the following data:

• Up to 12 months of background noise data.

• Up to 12 months of device usage data.

• Up to 12 months of signal-to-noise ratio data.

• Up to 6 months of sound location data (a 31-day range can be examined).
