    Is Nureva Console free?

    Nureva Console is included with every Nureva product. Enhanced Nureva Console features are available only with Nureva Pro (2-year subscription included with device), such as email alerts and comprehensive acoustic and usage data.

    Is Nureva Developer Toolkit included with Nureva Console?

    Yes, the Nureva Developer Toolkit comes with Nureva Console. It includes a device management API, a device control API and a sound location device API. An additional API offers access to up to 3 years of room data with Nureva Pro (2-year subscription included with device).

    How does it work?

    For the HDL310 and HDL410 systems, Console Direct provides a secure 24/7 connection to Nureva Console. Sign in to console.nureva.com to access all Nureva Console features from anywhere. (There’s no need to install Nureva Console client.)

    For the HDL200 and HDL300 systems, Nureva Console client must be installed on each meeting room or classroom computer. Then, to access all Nureva Console features from anywhere, sign in to console.nureva.com.

    What is Console Direct?

    Console Direct — available with the HDL310 and HDL410 systems — gives you a secure, continuous connection to your Nureva Console account. After the device has been enrolled, you’ll have everything you need to remotely install firmware updates, check device status, change settings, access APIs and more. There’s no need to download any software.

    Is an in-room computer required to use Nureva Console?

    To manage and monitor HDL310 and HDL410 systems from anywhere, they can be connected to an in-room computer, a collaboration hub, a conferencing appliance, a videoconferencing codec or any laptop computer.

    To manage and monitor HDL200 and HDL300 systems from anywhere, they will need to be connected to an in-room computer with Nureva Console client installed.

    What are the technical requirements for Nureva Console?

    Nureva Console client is certified for Windows® 10 and macOS® devices. Access is provided to console.nureva.com on any modern web browser.

    How secure is my data in Nureva Console?

    Our information security management system is ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified. Nureva Console is hosted on the Microsoft® Azure platform and uses Okta® Identity Cloud for all identity and access management services. It encrypts data using 256-bit AES encryption.

    Is Nureva Pro included with my Nureva device purchase?

    A 2-year subscription to Nureva Pro is included with Nureva devices. It provides extended access to technical support, advance hardware replacement and enhanced Nureva Console features. You can add up to 3 years to your Nureva Pro subscription and keep all those features plus extend your warranty.
