Nureva® App version 1119 updates the app with log file downloads and the option to use custom device passwords.
Log file downloads
Users can now download logs to expedite the resolution of support issues. By clicking Download logs on the Troubleshooting page of the Nureva App, a zipped file containing both the Nureva App logs and the device logs will be downloaded. These logs provide essential information, such as version numbers and settings.
When technical support needs logs with a greater level of detail, Verbose logs can be enabled from the Troubleshooting page.
Custom device passwords
Users now have the option to set custom passwords for their HDL310 and HDL410 devices. The Device password option is found on the Settings page in the Nureva App. The app provides feedback on the new password’s strength but does not restrict the characters available for the password.
If a user forgets their password, the device will need to be physically reset, which will reset the device password back to the original default.
Improvements to the app
This update improves switching between HDL310 and HDL410 device types when microphone and speaker bars are added or removed.
Locating the Nureva App version
The Nureva App version is displayed as a four-number extension to the firmware version.
