Integration Guide - Nureva® audio and Barco ClickShare CX series

HDL200, HDL300, Dual HDL300 systems

The HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems are compatible and formally certified with the Barco ClickShare CX series.

HDL200 system

Choose the ClickShare product that you are using with the HDL200 system from the choices below.

Barco ClickShare CX-20

On the HDL200


  • Plug in the 54VDC power supply on HDL200
  • Connect a laptop to the HDL200 using the provided USB-A to USB-B cable
  • Download and run Nureva Console client
    • Complete the setup of your HDL200 by following the on-screen instructions
    • Choose System information
      • select Check for firmware update
      • Install available updates
  • Run "Fast calibrate" to recalibrate the room for the best HDL200 experience
  • Exit Console client and disconnect the HDL200 system from your laptop

On the Barco ClickShare CX-20 unit

  • Connect the USB cable for the HDL200 to the HDL200 USB-B port
  • Connect a USB-C adapter to the USB cable for the HDL200, then connect to the USB-C port on the front of the CX-20 unit
  • Connect a USB cable to the in-room camera and connect to the USB-A port on the front of the CX-20 unit
  • Connect an HDMI cable to the in-room display

To use the system

  1. Insert the ClickShare button into a USB port on your laptop as part of the BYOM
  2. Start the wireless audio/video session by clicking the ClickShare button
  3. Use the UC&C client of your choice to start a meeting, share audio, video, or other content. 

NOTE: When in a call, you can control the Audio volume or Mute from your laptop - there is no need to use the HDL200 remote control.

Barco ClickShare CX-30

On the HDL200


  • Plug in the 54VDC power supply on HDL200
  • Connect a laptop to the HDL200 using the provided USB-A to USB-B cable
  • Download and run Nureva Console client

  • Connect the USB cable for the HDL200 to the HDL200 USB-B port
  • Connect a USB-C adapter to the USB cable for the HDL200, then connect to the USB-C port on the front of the CX-30 unit
  • Connect a USB cable to the in-room camera and connect to the USB-A port on the front of the CX-30 unit
  • Connect an HDMI cable to the in-room display

To use the system

  1. Insert the ClickShare button into a USB port on your laptop as part of the BYOM
  2. Start the wireless audio/video session by clicking the ClickShare button
  3. Use the UC&C client of your choice to start a meeting, share audio, video, or other content. 

NOTE: When in a call, you can control the Audio volume or Mute from your laptop - there is no need to use the HDL200 remote control.

Barco ClickShare CX-50

On the HDL200


  • Plug in the 54VDC power supply on HDL200
  • Connect a laptop to the HDL200 using the provided USB-A to USB-B cable
  • Download and run Nureva Console client

  • Connect the USB cable for the HDL200 to the HDL200 USB-B port
  • Connect a USB-C adapter to the USB cable for the HDL200, then connect to the USB-C port on the back of the CX-50 unit
  • Connect a USB cable to the in-room camera and connect to the USB-A port on the back of the CX-50 unit
  • Connect an HDMI cable to the in-room display

To use the system

  1. Insert the ClickShare button into a USB port on your laptop as part of the BYOM
  2. Start the wireless audio/video session by clicking the ClickShare button
  3. Use the UC&C client of your choice to start a meeting, share audio, video, or other content. 

NOTE: When in a call, you can control the Audio volume or Mute from your laptop - there is no need to use the HDL200 remote control.

HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems

Choose the ClickShare product that you are using with the HDL300 system from the choices below.

Barco ClickShare CX-20

On the HDL300

  • Connect the PoE cable (provided) to the RJ45-1 port on the connect module to the rear port on the HDL300 system
  • Plug in the 54VDC power supply on the connect module 
  • Connect a laptop to the connect module using the provided USB-A to USB-B cable
  • Download and run Nureva Console client
    • Complete the setup of your HDL300 by following the on-screen instructions
    • Choose System information
      • select Check for firmware update
      • Install available updates
  • Run "Fast calibrate" to recalibrate the room for the best HDL300 experience
  • Exit Console client and disconnect the connect module from your laptop

On the Barco ClickShare CX-20 unit

  • Connect the USB cable to the HDL300 connect module USB-B port
  • Connect a USB-C cable to the in-room camera
  • Connect an HDMI cable to the in-room display
