Below are some troubleshooting steps you can try if your computer is not detecting the HDL300 system as a USB device:
- Make sure that your system is powered on (see the What the LED lights on the speaker bar mean and What the lights on the connect module mean articles)
- Verify that the USB cable is securely plugged in at both ends
- Try using a different USB port
- Try using a different USB cable to connect the computer to the connect module
If there is no success from the above steps, contact support@nureva.com to generate a RMA to have your unit replaced under warranty.
