Unable to check for updates?

If Nureva Console client is unable to check for updates, try the steps below.

Check for server maintenance

On occasion, the update server will undergo scheduled maintenance.  A quick way to see if the update server is down for maintenance is to check the login page for the Nureva Console cloud application.  If the server is down for maintenance, a message will be posted on the login page.

The login page can be found at https://console.nureva.com/sign-in.

Restart the computer

  • Restart the computer
  • Attempt to check for updates again

If restarting the computer did not help

  • Uninstall Nureva Console client
  • Download the latest version of Nureva Console client
  • Install the latest version
  • Launch the application

 Nureva Console requires a steady connection to the internet. In some cases, specific URLs or program folders may need to be approved by an IT administrator. Please see the following article Approving Nureva Console and Console client for additional information regarding URL approvals.
