Device enrollment stalled with Nureva® Console cloud

For HDL200, HDL300, Dual HDL300 systems

If you are enrolling a device into Nureva Console cloud, and the enrollment has stalled, follow the steps below.

Once you have signed in, use these steps to remove the device from Console cloud: 

  • Choose Devices 


  • Locate the device that you were enrolling from the list and select the three-dot menu

  • From the three-dot menu select remove device
