Is the HDL300 system compatible with Quicklaunch™ 4.0 meeting room interface?

Yes, the HDL300 works with Quicklaunch™ 4.0 meeting room interface.

To get started, first check that the HDL300 system is up-to-date and set up correctly:

On the Connect module

  • Connect the PoE cable (provided) to the RJ45-1 port on the connect module to the rear port on the HDL300 system.
  • Connect the in-room NUC or PC driving the flat-panel display to the connect module using the USB-A to USB-B cable (provided)
  • Plug in the 54VDC power supply to the connect module

On the PC (connected to the flat-panel display)

  • Open a browser
  • Download and install the Nureva Room Manager
  • Open Nureva Room Manager from the taskbar
    • Under Product updates
      • Audio conferencing system => Check for updates

  • Register, download and install your appropriate subscription via the Quicklaunch webstore
  • Choose the Quicklaunch Settings gear icon on the right-hand menu bar

  • From return to the Quicklaunch Home screen,  select the A/V icon on the right-hand menu bar

  • Adjust the HDL audio controls for Volume +/- and Mute as needed

You can now control the HDL from your PC display, without the need for the Nureva remote control.

Note: The HDL is also set as the default audio device for all UC&C or media related audio.
