Nureva Console with Windows 10 or macOS
Administrative access required on the computer connected to HDL200 for setup.
Install Nureva Console client on the computer connected to the HDL200
Nureva Console client is required to:
NOTE: If you have enhanced internet security, you may need to approve the URLs from this list.
Install the HDL200
Once connected and powered
Launch Console Client
NOTE: If the system is not detected, check the USB connection to the computer as well as the power connection.
Set HDL200 system as the default audio device
In Windows sound settings
Enabling remote management
To begin, select "Enable remote management" at the bottom of the window.
NOTE: If you have enhanced internet security, please approve the URLs from this list
Step 2: Choose "Enroll device" in Nureva Console cloud from your browser
Step 3: Choose "Generate enrollment code" in Nureva Console client
NOTE: If the client window has been closed, relaunch it following the setup, then click "Generate enrollment code"
Step 4: Select "Copy" and paste the enrollment code into the "Enter code" box in Nureva Console cloud and click "Next"
Enter some additional device details such as the room name and tags to help you identify your device within your organization.
Example room name: CA-Boardroom-1
Example tags: HDL200, Wall mounted, Floor 1, Room 502, 65"Display
The HDL200 system should now appear in the device list, as shown below.
⚠ The HDL200 system will not be available for calls during the firmware update. Please do not turn off the computer, unplug, or disconnect the device.
Nureva Console indicates the firmware version of each enrolled device. If "Update available" is shown on the firmware version column the device is currently not up to date and should be updated.
The download and update process will commence. When completed the new firmware version will be visible.
The HDL200 setup is now complete. To ensure audio quality it is recommended to perform a test call from within the room.

Step 1: Select "Create account" and complete the steps for account creation in Nureva Console cloud using your internet browser
