To remove a device from Nureva Console cloud, follow the steps below. The examples shown depict a CV30 camera. These steps also apply to the HDL200, HDL300, Dual HDL300, HDL310 and HDL410 systems, as well as third-party cameras.

Cameras need to be removed from both the desktop client and the cloud application, otherwise, the camera may re-enroll in the cloud. See Add or remove a camera in Nureva Console for further details.

NOTEIn some cases, the device may need to be connected to the in-room computer and shown as online when logged into Nureva Console cloud before it can be removed.
