# Which types of Ethernet cables can be used with the HDL300 system?

The Nureva® HDL300 system includes an Ethernet cable that is used for Power over Ethernet (PoE).

### Cable specifications:

- CAT6
- SSTP (screened-shielded twisted pair)
- 26 AWG cable
- 50' (15 m)

### If a longer or replacement cable is needed, an Ethernet cable with the following specifications can be used:

- CAT5e minimum
- SSTP (screened-shielded twisted pair)
- Minimum 26 AWG cable for cable runs up to 164' (50 m)
- Minimum 24 AWG cable for cable runs up to 246' (75 m)
- Minimum 23 AWG cable for cable runs up to 328' (100 m)
