## HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems

---

### Troubleshooting connections

To help determine the reason for an HDL200, HDL300 or Dual HDL300 system to be offline, Nureva Console offers a convenient tool that checks the network configuration. After the check has been completed, a report is issued showing the status of the URLs and recommended remedies. Generally, this tool will be used after checking that the local area network (LAN) is working and when one of the following situations applies:

- A user is unable to enroll an HDL200, HDL300 or Dual HDL300 system into Nureva Console.
- An HDL200, HDL300 or Dual HDL300 system is displaying the offline status in the Nureva Console.

### Required before starting

Ensure the following:

- A Nureva audio device is connected to a computer and running.
- The Nureva App has been set up and is ready to use.
  - [Learn more](https://support.nureva.com/docs/get-started-with-the-nureva-app) about using the Nureva App.
- The computer is connected to a network and has internet access.
- The computer is not using a VPN.
- The computer does not have any proxy configuration enabled.

### Using the network check tool

1. Open the Nureva App.
2. Click on **Tools**.
3. Press the **Network check** button.
4. A window will open showing a report with any URLs that need attention and the recommended remedies.
