# The connect module has no power

There are several reasons why a Nureva® audio connect module might not have power. When troubleshooting, consider the following possibilities:

### Was the connect module working before?

If the connect module was already not working, the device could be failing. Please contact your reseller or [Nureva support](https://www.nureva.com/contact-us/support) for assistance with replacing the connect module.

### Is the power status indicator light on the connect module switched on?

If the connect module has power, the power status indicator light will be on and the problem might not be power related. Additional information about the status indicator lights on the connect module is available.

### Is the power adapter securely plugged in at both ends?

If the power supply is loose or has a poor connection, then it might not be feeding power to the connect module. Ensure the power supply and the power cable are connected securely. Also, ensure the power supply is securely plugged into the connect module. If a power bar is being used, make sure it is switched on and any other devices connected to it are working.

### Does the wall outlet have power?

Confirm the power outlet is working by plugging in other devices to see if they receive power.

### Has the connect module been power cycled?

Resetting the connect module might resolve the issue. Unplug the AC power adapter cable from the port on the back of the connect module. Wait about 10 seconds before plugging it back in.
