# Removing a device from Nureva Console

Nureva® Console allows for remote management and monitoring of Nureva conferencing systems. Removing a device from Nureva Console can be completed in a few easy steps. In some cases, the device may need to be connected to the in-room computer and shown as online when logged into Nureva Console before it can be removed.

## Removing the device

1. Go to [Nureva Console](https://console.nureva.com/sign-in) and sign in.
2. Locate the room with the device to be removed.
3. Click the **three-dot menu** for the device.
4. Select **Remove** in the menu.
5. Click **Remove** in the pop-up notification.

Wait for the message indicating that the device has been removed before unplugging the device from the computer or closing Nureva Console. The device will need to be enrolled into Nureva Console cloud to be remotely managed again.

> [!WARNING]
> **Important:** If you remove the only Nureva audio device from the room, the room will be removed along with any third-party devices that were enrolled as well.

If the above steps are not successful for removing the device from Nureva Console cloud, contact [Nureva Support](https://www.nureva.com/contact-us/support) for assistance.
