### Room control enhancements

#### What’s new?

Room control is a new Nureva App feature that provides quick and easy access to basic audio settings in Nureva audio devices. This feature can be used as a controller for quick adjustments by presenters and meeting participants in the room.

#### How it works

The Nureva App can be configured so users see only the room control page, providing them with simple audio controls without access to other features. Users can:

- Adjust the speaker volume
- Mute or unmute the microphones
- View connected peripherals
- Restart and calibrate the device

#### Why it matters

Unlike traditional control systems that involve third-party integrations and complex, hardware-driven interfaces, Nureva audio systems provide built-in device and room controls. This feature provides simple, user-friendly controls without added cost or complexity.

### Third-party integration password

#### What’s new?

The Nureva App can now store the password used for third-party API integrations with HDL310 and HDL410 systems.

#### How it works

A new option has been added to update the password used for third-party API integrations. If the password needs to be changed, it must be overwritten with a new one — this does not affect a user's Nureva App login credentials. All existing third-party integrations will need to be updated with the new password.

#### Why it matters

- Stronger access control — A layer of security is added for third-party API access, helping prevent unauthorized changes from users who have network access only.
- Greater administrative control — IT administrators can manage integration passwords independently of user login credentials.
- Enterprise-ready — The separate password aligns with common security and access management practices used in managed AV and IT environments.

## HDL310 and HDL410 systems

#### What’s new?

Nureva HDL310 and HDL410 audio conferencing systems have a unique QR code on the bottom of the connect module. Updates have been made to the device installation and setup resources available when scanning this QR code.

#### How it works

Scanning the QR code with a smartphone or tablet opens a gateway, which provides access to installation and setup guidance.

#### Why it matters

The QR code provides quick and easy access to resources to aid in the installation and setup of HDL310 and HDL410 systems. Users get guidance on:

- Installation
- Device calibration
- Device update
- Remote management

## Nureva Developer Toolkit

#### What’s new?

The Nureva Developer Toolkit has been updated to support the new option to manage passwords used for API integrations.
