# Nureva Console release notes - December 9, 2024

This update introduces changes to email alerts, improvements to analytics data and room insights as well as changes to some Nureva Pro services.

## Email alerts

Email alerts are now available to all Nureva® Console users. This feature, formerly exclusive to Nureva Pro subscribers, helps you quickly resolve problems before they impact your spaces. An email will be sent if a cable is unplugged, a firmware update is needed, or any of Nureva devices require attention.

## Improvements

Performance improvements to Analytics data and Room insights to improve loading and time to load.

## Nureva Pro features

All Nureva audio devices with a valid warranty now receive access to Nureva Pro services including:

- Extended warranty
- Expanded support
- Advanced hardware replacement
- Enhanced Nureva Console features

### Analytics data

With Nureva Pro Service, all user can now access the following data:

• Up to 12 months of background noise data.

• Up to 12 months of device usage data.

• Up to 12 months of signal-to-noise ratio data.

• Up to 6 months of sound location data (a 31-day range can be examined).
