Additionally, Nureva Console now offers a microphone ducking setting to improve the remote participant experience when Voice Amplification Mode is enabled.
The features and settings included with this update also require firmware version 1.9.282987-1047 to be installed on the HDL310 and HDL410 systems.
Dynamic boost
Dynamic boost is a new speaker setting added for the Nureva HDL310 and HDL410 audio devices. This feature enhances speaker output and improves speech intelligibility, making it easier to hear remote participants. Dynamic boost is a setting preset available through the speaker settings in Nureva Console. The other options are a default setting as well as custom treble and bass settings.

Microphone ducking
Microphone ducking is a new Voice Amplification Mode setting for HDL310 and HDL410 audio devices. It improves the experience for remote participants by preventing dual audio signals in situations when a wireless headset is used to amplify a presenter’s voice. When microphone ducking is activated, microphone pickup by the Nureva device is muted and only the headset microphone picks up the presenter’s voice. Whenever the presenter stops speaking, the Nureva device’s microphones provide full-room pickup.
