# How to generate an enrollment code with the Nureva App

Nureva® Console provides remote management and monitoring capabilities for Nureva audio conferencing systems. To make the connection between the physical device and Nureva Console, the device will need to be enrolled using an enrollment code. The enrollment code for HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems is generated using the Nureva App for PC.

For information on enrolling an *HDL310 or HDL410 system*, refer to these articles:

## Step 1: Generate an enrollment code

The Nureva App is used to generate an enrollment code. When the Nureva App is launched, the Nureva devices will be automatically detected.

- If the system is not detected, check the USB and power connections.
- If a CV30 camera is connected, it will also appear in the device list and will be enrolled together with the audio device. Remote management of the CV30 camera requires a Nureva audio device to be connected to the same in-room computer.
  - [Get started with the CV30 camera](https://support.nureva.com/docs/get-started-with-cv30-cameras)

### To generate an enrollment code:

1. Open the Nureva App.
2. Navigate to **Devices**.
3. Click the **Get enrollment code** button.

An enrollment code will be generated and will replace the button. This enrollment code is needed to enroll the audio device.

> [!NOTE]
> **Important:** The enrollment code is used in *Step 3: Enroll the Nureva audio system*. Do not close the Nureva App to ensure the code is easily copied and pasted.

## Step 2: Create an account in Nureva Console

If your organization already has an account, sign in and advance to *Step 3: Enroll the Nureva audio system*.

1. Go to [console.nureva.com](http://console.nureva.com).
2. Select **Create an account**.
  - Complete all the fields and setup steps.
  - Enter an email address.
  - Enter a first name and last name.
  - Create a password.
  - Agree to the Nureva terms of use.
  - Opt in or opt out of email notifications.
3. Click **Create account**.
4. Check email inbox.
  - A verification email will be sent to the email address.
  - If the email is not in the inbox, look in the junk or spam folder.
5. Click **Verify** in the email body.
6. Log in to the sign-in page that opens.
7. Enter the organization name and click **Create**.

When signing in for the first time, an organization will need to be created (all devices must be enrolled in an organization).

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** If the organization has enhanced internet security, [please approve these URLs](https://support.nureva.com/docs/url-approvals-for-nureva-console).

## Step 3: Enroll the Nureva audio system

When launching Nureva Console for the first time, there will be no enrolled devices. The enrollment code generated in Step 1 is required to enroll a device so it can be managed online.

1. Select **Enroll device** in Nureva Console.
2. Enter the **enrollment code** generated in Step 1.
  - In the Nureva App, click the **Copy** button next to the code.
  - The code can be pasted into the **Enter code** box in Nureva Console.
  - Click **Next**.
3. Select **Allow** from the pop-up window to continue.
4. Enter some room details such as the **room name**, **type**, **capacity** and **tags** to help identify the device and the room.
5. Click **Save**.

The Nureva audio device should now appear in the list of devices found in Nureva Console and can be managed online.
