# How to generate an enrollment code with Nureva Console client

Nureva® Console provides remote management and monitoring capabilities for Nureva audio conferencing systems. To make the connection between the physical device and Nureva Console, the device will need to be enrolled, for which an enrollment code is required.

The steps below apply to HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems. For information on enrolling an HDL310 or HDL410 system, refer to these articles:

[Enrolling an HDL310 system](https://support.nureva.com/docs/enrolling-an-hdl310-system)

[Enrolling an HDL410 system](https://support.nureva.com/docs/enrolling-an-hdl410-system)

## Step 1: Generate an enrollment code

Nureva Console client is used to generate an enrollment code.

When Nureva Console client is launched, the Nureva devices will be automatically detected by Nureva Console client.

- If the system is not detected, check the USB and power connections.
- If a CV30 camera is connected, it will also appear in the device list and will be enrolled together with the audio device. Remote management of the CV30 camera requires a Nureva audio device to be connected to the same in-room computer.
  - [Get started with the CV30 camera](https://support.nureva.com/docs/get-started-with-cv30-cameras)

### To generate an enrollment code:

1. Launch Nureva Console client.
2. Click the **Manage remotely** button in the blue banner of the dashboard.
  - A new window will open.
3. Click **Enable remote management** at the bottom of the new window.
4. Click the **Create account** link.
  - This directs to a web page where the Nureva Console account is created.
  - If the organization already has an account, sign in and advance to **Step 2: Enroll the Nureva audio system**.
  - Please **DO NOT** close Nureva Console client, as it is needed to complete the enrollment.
5. Complete all the fields and setup steps.
  - Enter an email address.
  - Enter a first name and last name.
  - Create a password.
  - Agree to the Nureva terms of use.
  - Opt in or opt out of email notifications.
6. Click **Create account.**
7. Check email inbox.
  - A verification email will be sent to the email address.
  - If the email is not in the inbox, look in the junk or spam folder.
8. Click **Verify** in the email body.
9. Log in to the sign-in page that opens.
10. Enter the **organization name** and click **Create.**

When signing in for the first time, an organization will need to be created (all devices must be enrolled in an organization).

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** If the organization has enhanced internet security, [please approve these URLs](https://support.nureva.com/docs/url-approvals-for-nureva-console).

## Step 2: Enroll the Nureva audio system

When launching Nureva Console for the first time, there will be no devices enrolled. To enroll a device so it can be managed online, a code is required.

1. Select **Enroll device** in Nureva Console (in a supported browser) and then return to Nureva Console client.

> [!NOTE]
> **Note:** If the client window has been closed, relaunch it and click **Manage remotely**.
2. Click **Generate enrollment code** in Nureva Console client.
3. Click the **Copy** button on the client, return to the browser window for Nureva Console and paste the enrollment code into the **Enter code** box. Then click **Next**.
4. Select **Allow** from the pop-up menu in the browser to continue with device enrollment.
5. Enter some room details such as the **room name**, **type**, **capacity** and **tags** to help identify the device and the room it is in within the organization and then click **Save**.

The Nureva audio device should now appear in the list of devices found in Nureva Console. The device can now be managed online.
