When a device update is available, notifications will be shown in Nureva® Console, the Nureva App and on the connect module.
After the automatic update feature has been configured through Nureva Console cloud, there won’t often be notifications for device updates.
Important: The audio conferencing system will not be available for calls during the device update. Do not turn off, unplug or disconnect the system while a device update is in progress.
Nureva App
To ensure optimum audio quality and access to the latest features, the HDL310 and HDL410 device version must be up to date. An update button will be available in the Nureva App if a device update is available.
Nureva Console cloud
Notification that a cloud application device update is required will be shown in the following ways:
The USB connection light on the connect module will be solid yellow.
A yellow notification will appear in the device version column of the Rooms dashboard.
Update steps
Click on the three dots in the Actions menu and select Update device. A confirmation dialog will advise that the device will not be available during the update.
Select Update device to start the update process. When the update is complete, the new firmware version will be visible.
When the new device version is visible, make a test call with the system to confirm a successful update.
