When a firmware update is available, notifications will be shown in Nureva® Console, the Nureva app and on the connect module.

After the automatic update feature has been configured through Console cloud, there won’t often be notifications for firmware updates.

Important: The audio conferencing system will not be available for calls during the firmware update. Do not turn off, unplug or disconnect the device while a firmware update is in progress.
