    Nureva® audio systems can be configured to work with Cisco WebEx® on Windows® by following the steps below.

    Setting your default device

    To ensure the Nureva system is ready for conference calls it must be set as the default audio and default communication device for playback and recording within the computer's sound settings.

    In Windows

    Follow these steps to set a Nureva audio conferencing system as the default audio device for a Windows® computer.

    1. Click the speaker icon in the lower-right corner of the desktop.

    2. Right-click Sounds.

    3. The sound settings window will open.

    In Windows sound settings:

    Playback tab

    1. Select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Nureva audio). The product name might also be shown.

    2. Open the Set Default drop-down menu at the bottom of the panel.

    3. Select Set as the Default Communication device.

    4. Open the drop-down menu again.

    5. Select Set as the Default device.

    Recording tab

    1. Select Echo Cancelling Speakerphone (Nureva audio). The product name might also be shown.

    2. Open the Set Default drop-down menu at the bottom of the panel.

    3. Select Set as the Default Communication device.

    4. Open the drop-down menu again.

    5. Select Set as the Default device.

    After the sound settings have been set to the Nureva audio system, close the sound settings window and return to the desktop.

    In Cisco WebEx desktop client

    Follow these steps to configure your Nureva device as the default audio input and output in Cisco Webex.

    Open Cisco Webex Settings

    1. Launch the Cisco Webex desktop client on your computer.

    2. Click on your profile picture or initials in the upper-left corner.

    3. In the dropdown menu, select Settings.

    4. In the left-hand menu, click on Audio.

    Select the Nureva Device as Your Speaker (Output)

    1. Under the Speaker section, click the dropdown menu.

    2. Select your Nureva device as the preferred output device.

    3. Click Test to ensure audio is playing through the correct device.

    Select the Nureva Device as Your Microphone (Input)

    1. Under the Microphone section, click the dropdown menu.

    2. Select your Nureva device as the preferred input device.

    3. Speak into the microphone and check the input level bar to confirm it is detecting sound.

    4. Click Apply

    Your Nureva audio device is now set up for use in Cisco Webex meetings.
