Automatic device updates

When an HDL310 or HDL410 system is enrolled into Nureva^® Console cloud, automatic device updates become available.

Note: This feature is not available for the HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems.

Automatic device updates are scheduled to run between midnight and 3:00 a.m. based on the chosen time zone. The default time zone will match that of the location of the computer being used to set up Console cloud.

• The time zone can be manually changed when enrolling the device into Console cloud.

• The time zone can also be changed through the Rooms dashboard in Console cloud.

• The device version can also be manually updated at times outside the scheduled automatic updates.

Changing the time zone

• Launch Nureva Console in a browser and sign in.

• From the Rooms dashboard, select the room that has the Nureva audio system.

• Scroll down to Room information and select the Room time zone menu.

• Select the applicable time zone from the list.

• Return to the Rooms dashboard.

The update to the time zone is now complete and will take effect immediately.

Manually updating the device version
