Compatibility analysis — Nureva HDL410 and Poly Studio Base Kit G9 or G9+

This article outlines the compatibility between the Nureva^® HDL410 system and the Poly Studio Base Kit G9 or G9+ solution for Microsoft^® Teams Rooms.

Before starting

Set up the HDL410 system by following the steps in the getting started guide:

Get started with HDL410 systems

On the Nureva HDL410

1. Connect the included power cable to the Nureva HDL410.

2. Connect the included USB-B to USB-A cable from the HDL410 to the HP Mini IP Conferencing PC (G9 or G9+ compute).

On the G9 or G9+ compute

To ensure optimal audio performance, we recommend disabling audio enhancements in Windows on the G9 or G9+ compute.

To disable audio enhancements:

1. On the G9 or G9+ compute, right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar and select Sound settings.

2. Scroll down and select More sound settings.

3. In the Recording tab, select Nureva Audio and click Properties.

4. In the Advanced tab, uncheck Enable audio enhancements.

5. Click Apply, then click OK.
