# Connect a device to Nureva Console client

## HDL200 system

#### Download and install Nureva Console client

2. Launch the Nureva Console client installer.
3. Follow the steps to complete the installation.

#### Launch Nureva Console client

1. Launch Nureva Console client.
2. The HDL200 system will be automatically detected.
3. Follow the setup steps to set the HDL200 as the default audio device.

## Dual HDL300 system

## CV30 camera

Nureva Console client auto-detects Nureva conferencing devices including the CV30 camera.

1. Ensure that the CV30 camera is connected to the computer.
2. Open Nureva Console client.
3. The CV30 camera will be detected and listed as a device.

## Troubleshoot connection

### Restart the computer

1. Restart the computer.
2. Check for Nureva Console updates.

### If restarting the computer did not help

1. Uninstall Nureva Console client.
2. Download the latest version of Nureva Console client.
3. Install the latest version.
4. Launch the application.

### URL approvals

Nureva Console requires a steady connection to the internet. In some cases, specific URLs and program folders will need to be approved by an IT administrator.

### Additional troubleshooting

If restarting the computer, reinstalling Nureva Console client and adjusting the network configuration did not help, the problem could be with the physical connections.
