# Connect a CV30 camera

## Connect a CV30 camera and HDL300 system

1. Connect the provided Power over Ethernet (PoE) cable to the back of the microphone and speaker bar. Then connect the other end to the RJ45-1 port on the connect module.
2. Connect the provided USB cable to the USB-B port on the connect module and the USB-A port on the front of the USB 3.0 hub.
3. Connect the USB-B cable to the back of the CV30 camera and connect the USB-A end to the front of the USB 3.0 hub.
4. Connect the Micro USB power supply to the USB 3.0 hub and plug it into an outlet or a power bar.
5. Connect the power supply provided with the HDL300 system to the connect module and plug it into an outlet or a power bar.
6. Connect the USB-A cable to the back of the USB 3.0 hub and the in-room computer.

## Connect a CV30 camera and Dual HDL300 system

1. Connect the provided PoE cables to the back of each microphone and speaker bar. Then connect the other ends to the RJ45-1 and RJ45-2 ports on the connect module.
2. Connect the provided USB cable to the USB-B port on the connect module and the USB-A port on the front of the USB 3.0 hub.
3. Connect the USB-B cable to the back of the CV30 camera and connect the USB-A end to the front of the USB 3.0 hub.
4. Connect the Micro USB power supply to the USB 3.0 hub and plug it into an outlet or a power bar.
5. Connect the power supply provided with the Dual HDL300 system to the connect module and plug it into an outlet or a power bar.
6. Connect the USB-A cable to the back of the USB 3.0 hub and the in-room computer.

## When the power is switched on

- The Nureva audio device will automatically calibrate.
- **Please remain quiet in the room until calibration is complete**.
- Launch Nureva Console client to update the audio device and camera firmware when calibration is complete.

## Troubleshoot connection

1. Restart the computer.
2. Attempt to check for updates again.

### If restarting the computer did not help

1. Uninstall Nureva Console client.
2. Download the latest version of Nureva Console client.
3. Install the latest version.
4. Launch the application.

Nureva Console requires a steady connection to the internet. In some cases, specific URLs and program folders will need to be approved by an IT administrator.
