When an HDL310, HDL410 or HDX system is enrolled into Nureva® Console, automatic device updates become available.
Note: This feature is not available for the HDL200, HDL300 and Dual HDL300 systems.
Automatic device updates are scheduled to run between midnight and 3:00 a.m. based on the chosen time zone. The default time zone will match that of the location of the computer being used to set up Console cloud.
The time zone can be manually changed when enrolling the device into Console.
The time zone can also be changed through the Rooms dashboard in Console.
The device version can also be manually updated at times outside the scheduled automatic updates.
Changing the time zone
Launch Nureva Console in a browser and sign in.
From the Rooms dashboard, select the room that has the Nureva audio system.
Scroll down to Room information and select the Room time zone menu.
Select the applicable time zone from the list.
Return to the Rooms dashboard.
The update to the time zone is now complete and will take effect immediately.
Manually updating the device version
