Product tiles are missing or grayed out


Nureva Room Manager monitors for all Nureva hardware once connected, and activates all relevant tiles. If either Audio or Wall system are not present or not connected, the associated tile is removed from the interface.

Grayed out

Tiles are grayed out if Room Manager finds a problem with the hardware systems. An accompanying message would indicate problems such as no hardware connection or if there are missing (software) components for the connected hardware.
