Span Workspace becomes unresponsive upon logging on to the web client
Users with the OneLogin Chrome extension may experience issues with web client becoming unresponsive after logging into the software. Uninstalling the OneLogin extension should correct these issues.
- Right click on the OneLogin extension logo and select Manage extensions
- Click on the delete icon (garbage can) next to the OneLogin extension to uninstall
