The computer is not detecting the HDL300

Below are some troubleshooting steps you can try if your computer is not detecting the HDL300 system as a USB device:

  1. Make sure that your system is powered on (see the What the LED lights on the speaker bar mean and What the lights on the connect module mean articles)
  2. Verify that the USB cable is securely plugged in at both ends
  3. Try using a different USB port
  4. Try using a different USB cable to connect the computer to the connect module

If there is no success from the above steps, contact support@nureva.com to generate a RMA to have your unit replaced under warranty.
