Follow the steps below if you are experiencing poor audio output from the speaker:
- Use the remote control to confirm that the volume output on your operating system is set to an audible level (see What the LED lights on the speaker bar mean to learn the LED volume indicators)
- Check that the volume output on your conferencing software is set to an audible level
- Try different audio sources to see if the audio quality is consistent (e.g. YouTube, MP3). If the audio is better, then it is likely your audio source (e.g. your audio conferencing system) that is the issue.
